Years ago, I had the unique privilege of growing and harvesting coffee in the rich volcanic soil of Hawaii. I learned firsthand how every bean tells a story — shaped by time, soil, weather, and care. But it wasn’t until I began walking with Christ that I truly understood the process of refinement. The way fire doesn’t destroy, but purifies. The way bitterness can give way to richness — in coffee and in life.

Refined By Fire Roastery was born from that journey.

This isn’t just about serving good coffee (though we’re serious about that too). It’s about creating moments — moments of peace in the morning light, strength during long days, and presence in your quiet time or kitchen table conversations. Every blend is carefully crafted with quality and purpose — inspired by the faith that’s changed my life and the belief that we are all, in one way or another, being refined.
